Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Shybiz offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. If the trial ends and no subscription is purchased, your account simply becomes inactive — you will never be charged automatically.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Shybiz. Refunds are handled as follows:

Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you are unsatisfied with the software for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

Refunds after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit toward a different plan depending on usage and circumstances.

Non-Refundable

Hardware purchases (printers, accessories), custom development work, and setup fees are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at shynotechnologyofficial@gmail.com with your registered email and reason for the refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the software until your paid period expires
  • Your business data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can request an export
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you pay the difference for the remaining period. When downgrading, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle.
